To carry on business as educational Facilitators and commission agent either within the country or outside the country, to act as facilitators, professional advisers and agents for Educational sectors in overseas to facilitate the admission of persons into schools of their choices in abroad, facilitate in paying their educational fees, securing accommodation, transportation services and other necessary needs. To facilitate in computing and holding public workshops, and to facilitate education in abroad, symposia and other educational purposes. ii. To act as agents to advisers and trainers in the educational sectors and to facilitate in the training and turning out necessary manpower needed in educational sectors. iii. To carry on business of Educational agents, and facilitate education in abroad, and promote the provision of convenience of all kinds in the way of through tickets and otherwise. iv. To carry on business of a manufacturing or industrial nature either alone or in association with some other person or persons and prepare, package and preserve for sale manufactured goods of all descriptions to develop and exploit any right, privileges, concessions, inventions, patent rights and licenses of the company or any other person or persons.
